Press Review : CD Street-Art "The captivating circus of Campo" by Pierre Gervasoni - Le Monde - July 7th-8th 2019

"Régis Campo seems to think of music as a carousel where pulsations flash, rhythms play hide-and-seek and melodies twirl while changing color. The composer, born in 1968, is a follower of the playful expression. As he lacks neither ideas nor profession, his works are often pleasant, like the very synthetic Street-Art, which gives its title to this program to look like a polychrome portrait. However, this monumental fresco is a little tag that hides the forest of graffiti to discover in the disc. Whether the line is supported (Sometimes With the Heart, Oh Sweet Kisses!) Or lightened (Morgenstern Lieder, Une solitude de l'espace), seduction is there. Thanks, of course, to the musicians of the TM + ensemble, who invest the captivating circus of Campo with a triple talent of clowns, magicians and acrobats."
Pierre Gervasoni, Le Monde, July 7th-8th 2019

1 CD Signature Radio France/Outhere.

"From the primitive chaos of the work to its wild conclusion, we are taken along this kind of urban vortex."
"like a quintessence of Regis’ genius for voice: purity of the vocal line with a throbbing accompaniment at the piano, without a single useless note."
"simplicity, melancholic, somewhat like a dreamed Satie."
"the musicians of the TM + ensemble are excellent and give the piece the definitive status of a classic of our time." Thierry Vagne, 2019
