"Who makes the final judgment about a work of art? Not the contemporaries, but the next generation, writes the U.S. painter Robert Henri in his volume "The Art Spirit," published in 1923. When, a century later, the French composer Régis Campo declares his almost eponymous commissioned work for the Stuttgart State Orchestra to be a tribute to the idiosyncratic artist, he professes Henri's ideal of "simplicity." Campo immerses the simple in luxuriously luminous colors, plays with light and shadow, with patterns and ornaments."

- Clairière for flute, piano, strings and tape (with Nathanaël Carré the French soloist flutist, and featured Yoko Yamada, toy piano) with the soloists of the Staatsorchester Stuttgart

- Wacky for flute, piano and strings (Nathanaël Carré, flute solo) with the soloists of the Staatsorchester Stuttgart
