Music: Starry Night (Régis Campo)
Today I gave my friend Fazıl Say my score of 'Starry Night' before his recital at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées on 15/05/2024. He played a marvellous premiere of this work at the Auvers sur Oise festival in June 2022. I was delighted to learn that he is currently composing a piano concerto! 
Fazıl is a so great and so generous artist. I was very moved to meet him again.

Starry Night is inspired by Alessandro Marcello (Oboe Concerto: Adagio) and Jean Sebastian Bach (Concerto in D minor, BWV 974: Adagio) Recorded on June 29th 2022, Église Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption d'Auvers-sur-Oise.  A film directed by Julien Hanck - Arpeggio films. "Starry Night"(© 2022 éditions Henry Lemoine) is a commission of the festival d'Auvers-sur-Oise dedicated to Fazıl Say.

Here is Starry Night for piano by the composer Régis Campo who wrote it for a premiere at the Auvers-sur-Oise Festival performed by the Turkish pianist Fazil Say, for whom this piece is dedicated. The festival commissioned the composer to write this piece and the premiere took place on June 29, 2022 in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption in Auvers-sur-Oise (Val d'Oise).
